I'm sportman since young. I represent state for water polo competition when i was young. I'm triathele, i completed many triathlon & ironman since young. i'm certified personal trainer & group trainer, I start my personal coaching & group coaching at gym centre since 2004. I provide performance training programme for people who looking for competition and race. I'm also Certified Corporate Wellness Specialist (CCWS) since 2020. I'm also Certified Train the Trainer (HRD Corp). I got my IPTPA Certified since 2025. Currently I provide corporate training programme & pickleball coaching.
