Muhammad Syukri (Syukri / Sukkk) is a dedicated pickleball player and coach from TM Project, based in Batam, with a strong passion for racket sports, player development, and helping athletes unlock their potential on the court. With competitive experience and multiple tournament achievements in Batam, Syukri brings a player’s perspective into his coaching — combining firsthand match experience with a practical understanding of movement, technique, and game strategy. His coaching journey is further shaped by his background in badminton and table tennis, having played table tennis during his junior high school years and developed a lifelong passion for sports and athletic performance. Beyond his own competitive journey, Syukri takes great pride in helping the players he coaches achieve their personal goals. Whether it is building confidence as a beginner, developing stronger fundamentals, improving consistency, or preparing for competitive play, he focuses on creating a structured and supportive learning environment where every player can progress with purpose. His coaching philosophy is centered around strong fundamentals, intelligent movement, effective shot selection, and confidence under pressure. Rather than simply teaching players how to hit the ball, Syukri aims to help them understand why they play each shot, where they should move, and how to make better decisions throughout the game. With a calm, approachable, and growth-oriented coaching style, Syukri works with players of different levels who are looking to elevate their game and develop a deeper understanding of pickleball.
